The visual stage lives inside the same project story.

Alepou owns project registration, AI sessions, planning, memory, tasks, orchestration, and audit. Canvas owns visual structure, rendering, editing, previews, and artifact-specific context. They meet in the same project folder.

  • Open or create Canvas artifacts from the Alepou library.
  • Choose Claude, Codex Structured, or Codex Terminal explicitly.
  • Reuse only a compatible idle session; busy work is never interrupted.
  • Review bounded design or repair proposals before mutating the live artifact.

Mushroom March began here.

The portrait phone game was shaped in Canvas—mechanics, levels, interface, and visual direction—before becoming the source material for a separately implemented mixed-reality Quest experience through Unity Bridge.
